William M. Kolb

Attorney William M. Kolb is a Rhode Island native who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University and a Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law. In addition to his many years in private practice, for nine and one half years, he also served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the state of Rhode Island, charged with overseeing all real estate transactions involving the state and acting as legal counsel in a wide variety of lawsuits brought against the state.

Today, Bill focuses primarily on legal disputes for companies and individuals, advocating on their behalf, both in and out of the courtroom. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts as well as Rhode Island. Clients benefit from his rigorous, balanced approach to solving problems and protecting their interests.

He is a member of the Board of Governors for the Rhode Island Association for Justice (RIAJ), and a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association Superior Court Bench/Bar and Technology in the Practice of Law Committees. He is a congregant of Temple Emanu-El, a member of its Finance and Budget Committee and active as a fundraiser for the Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island.
